My Story

At this point, I tried anything and everything on the market… Paleo, Intermittent Fasting, a low "FODMAP" diet, Shape drops, the Plant Paradox, elimination diets, restrictive diets, Whole 30,  the autoimmune protocol, clean eating and many, many, MANY supplements.

 

I was aiming to eat 1200 calories a day, working out 7 days a week and doing more cardio than I had ever done in my life.  Nothing was happening.  During this time, I also developed a Binge Eating Disorder. 

Hi - I'm Chrissy!

I'm an online Nutrition and Fitness Coach from St. Louis, Missouri. 

I guess you can say my journey didn’t truly start until my mid 30’s. Around 2016, I found myself 35 pounds heavier and walking around with an undiagnosed thyroid issue. It wasn’t until 2017 that I learned I had the autoimmune disease, Hashimoto’s. 


I was able to lose about half of the weight I gained but I became frustrated as my body acted stubborn to get back to where it once was.

 I would become so stressed out from nothing working and would then punish myself and sabotage all my efforts with food... lots and lots of food.

Something had to change! 

 

I knew about Flexible Dieting and counting macros for years and I finally made the decision to hire a Coach and to go all in.

 

I had absolutely nothing to lose at this point but everything to gain. April 2019 is when I began this new lifestyle. Now, at 40 years old, I look and feel better than I ever have!

You're not alone - that was also me! I know how it feels to struggle each day, especially with our busy, hectic lives.
 

But if I can, you can. If I’m worth it, you better believe you’re worth it too!

 

Change is not always easy. Results don’t happen over night. But with hard work, time, patience and consistency, anything is possible.  

Make the choice to go all in on you and I’ll be there with you every step of the way.
